Features:

 

High-Temperature Performance: UMCo-50 is a cobalt-based alloy with excellent high-temperature performance, maintaining good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance in elevated temperature environments.

Wear and Corrosion Resistance: The alloy exhibits good wear and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, making it suitable for applications requiring resistance to wear and thermal corrosion.

High-Temperature Strength: UMCo-50 offers high-temperature strength, suitable for demanding thermal applications.

 

Applications:

 

Oil and Gas Industry: UMCo-50 is widely used in the oil drilling and gas extraction industry, especially in components subjected to high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive environments, such as drill bits, pumps, and pipe joints, improving the durability and operational efficiency of equipment.

Steel Industry: UMCo-50 is commonly used to manufacture heat-resistant pads for steel reheating furnaces. Compared to other alloys, it offers improved oxidation resistance and wear resistance, enhancing high-temperature creep strength and service life.

Coal Gasification Burners: The alloy is widely used in coal gasification burners due to its excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, making it suitable for harsh thermal and corrosive environments.
