Product Introduction

Non-metallic coiled tubing (RTP) is a high-pressure composite pipe with a polymer lining, reinforcement layer, and outer sheath, combining thermoplastic flexibility and corrosion resistance with high strength.

Features and Usage

Non-metallic coiled tubing is flexible, corrosion-resistant, light weight, and spoolable for joint-free, long-distance deployment. Its reinforced design supports up to 32MPa and thousands of meters in length. Widely used in oil and gas gathering, fluid injection, methane transport, sewage treatment, and chemical delivery.

Series of Alcohol Injection Pipe

It is mainly used for high-pressure centralized alcohol injecting of multi-well in oil and gas fields. It has the characteristic that good alcohol resistance, low investment, long single length and fast construction.

 

Series of Water Injection Pipe

It is mainly used for single-wellwater injection in oil and gas fields, sewage re-injection, ternary polymer transmission, and water supply pipe lines. It offers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and inorganic salts, along with corrosion resistance, low friction, no scaling, and environmental safety.

Mainly used for the transportation of natural gas, shale gas, carbon dioxide, and coalbed methane. It has excellent resistance to H2S and CO2 corrosion, features high transmission speed, and offers a high safety factor.
