Non-metallic coiled tubing (RTP) is a high-pressure composite pipe with a polymer lining, reinforcement layer, and outer sheath, combining thermoplastic flexibility and corrosion resistance with high strength.

Features and Usage

Non-metallic coiled tubing is flexible, corrosion-resistant, light weight, and spoolable for joint-free, long-distance deployment. Its reinforced design supports up to 32MPa and thousands of meters in length. Widely used in oil and gas gathering, fluid injection, methane transport, sewage treatment, and chemical delivery.

Series of Oil Transmission Pipe

It is mainly used for oil-gas-water mixture transmission in oilfields. It has the characteristic that high strength, high temperature resistance, anti-scaling, smooth inner wall, good thermal insulation performance, safe and fast construction and so on.

Series of Water Injection Pipe

Mainly used for the transportation of natural gas, shale gas, carbon dioxide, and coalbed methane. It has excellent resistance to H₂S and CO₂ corrosion, features high transmission speed, and offers a high safety factor.
